1. The service

CasaTech provides personal technology concierge services including remote support, in-home technology setup, Wi-Fi optimization, device configuration, cloud backup, smart home assistance, and technology consulting.

Services are provided by Ariel Casquete, operating as CasaTech, based in Givatayim, Israel. In-home visits are available in Gush-Dan and the surrounding area. Remote support is available Israel-wide.

CasaTech is not a computer repair shop, and does not provide hardware repair or physical component replacement as a primary service.

2. Bookings and appointments

• All service appointments must be booked in advance by phone, WhatsApp, or email
• Appointment times are confirmed once CasaTech sends a written confirmation
• We will make every effort to arrive on time for in-home appointments. If we are delayed more than 30 minutes, we will notify you as soon as possible
• The free 20-minute consultation is available to new clients once and carries no obligation to purchase any service

3. Pricing and payment

• All prices are listed in Israeli Shekels (NIS) and include VAT where applicable
• Current service prices are listed on our website and are subject to change with 30 days notice to existing clients
• Payment is due upon completion of each service session, or at the beginning of each monthly billing period for plan subscribers
• Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, Bit, PayBox, cash, or other methods agreed in advance
• A receipt and/or invoice will be provided for every payment

4. Cancellation and refunds

Cancelling an appointment

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before an appointment: no charge
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before an appointment: may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the session price
• No-shows without notice: full session fee applies

Refunds

• If you are not satisfied with a service, please contact us within 48 hours and we will work to resolve the issue
• Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at our discretion
• We do not offer refunds for time already spent on a service that was completed as agreed

5. Monthly plans

• Monthly plans (CasaTech Essential, Priority, and Concierge) are billed on a monthly basis
• You may cancel your monthly plan at any time with 7 days written notice before the next billing date
• No long-term contracts or commitments are required
• Unused support hours or visits in a given month do not carry over to the following month
• CasaTech reserves the right to modify plan features or pricing with 30 days written notice to subscribers

6. What we are responsible for

• Providing the agreed service with reasonable skill and care
• Arriving at scheduled appointments at the agreed time (or notifying you of delays)
• Treating your home, devices, and personal data with respect and confidentiality
• Recommending solutions that are in your best interest, not driven by any third-party commercial relationship

7. What we are not responsible for

Technology work involves inherent risks. CasaTech is not liable for:

• Data loss resulting from hardware failure, software errors, or pre-existing conditions on your devices
• Issues caused by third-party services, internet service providers, or manufacturer defects
• Problems that arise after a service session due to changes made by you or others to your devices or settings
• Consequential or indirect losses resulting from technology downtime or failure

We strongly recommend maintaining regular backups of all important data. CasaTech can help you set up an automatic backup solution as part of our services.

8. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your technology needs and setup
• Ensure that you have the legal right to use all software and services on your devices
• Maintain current backups of important data before any service session (we can help with this)
• Be present or have an authorized adult present during in-home visits
• Make payment promptly upon receiving an invoice

9. Governing law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel-Aviv, Israel.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
