Introduction
These terms cover the use of CASA's websites and services. They're here to set clear, fair expectations on both sides - nothing hidden, nothing heavy-handed. Please take a moment to read them.
They apply across the whole CASA family, including CasaTech, CasaWeb, and any services we add in the future.
Acceptance of terms
By using our websites or working with us, you agree to these terms. If something here doesn't sit right with you, please get in touch before going ahead - we'd rather talk it through than leave anything unclear.
Services
CASA offers a range of services under one roof. Today these include:
- CasaTech - managed technology and IT concierge
- CasaWeb - website design for businesses
- Future services - additional offerings we may introduce over time
The specific scope, timeline and deliverables of any engagement are agreed with you directly before work begins. These terms sit alongside any project-specific agreement we put in place.
Quotes and pricing
We aim to be straightforward about cost. A few things worth knowing:
- All pricing shared before a project is scoped is indicative.
- Final pricing depends on the scope of the work once it's defined together.
- Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
Before any work starts, we'll confirm the agreed price with you so there are no surprises.
Projects begin only once the quotation has been accepted and any agreed initial payment has been received.
Intellectual property
The CASA name, our brand, our websites and the content we publish on them belong to CASA. Please don't copy, reproduce or reuse them without our permission.
Any tools, code libraries or methods we develop and reuse across projects remain ours, even when they're used in your project. This doesn't affect your ownership of the finished deliverables - see the next section.
Project ownership
Once a project is complete and full payment has been received, ownership of the website and the agreed deliverables transfers to you, unless we've agreed otherwise in writing.
Until full payment has been received, the work remains ours. Some elements may stay under third-party licences - for example, fonts, stock imagery or plugins - and those keep their own terms.
Third-party services
Our work often involves third-party tools and platforms - for hosting, email, analytics, scheduling and similar. These are provided by others and carry their own terms and pricing. We choose them carefully, but we're not responsible for how they perform or for changes they make to their own services.
Limitation of liability
We put real care into our work, but we can't promise perfection or guarantee specific outcomes. To the extent the law allows, CASA isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our websites or services.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that can't be limited by law.
Website availability
We aim to keep our websites available and running smoothly, but we can't guarantee they'll always be accessible. From time to time they may be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control, and we may change or remove parts of them without notice.
External links
Our websites may link to other sites we think are useful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or practices. Following an external link is at your own discretion.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as CASA grows and evolves. When we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use our websites or services after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and any disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of its courts - unless we've agreed something different with you in writing for a specific engagement.
